Jennifer started her career in multi-family leasing with Mark Taylor Residential. This led her to real estate school to obtain her real estate license in 1997. She worked for builders in the valley as a new home sales consultant for several years, this is where her passion for construction started and continued to grow.

In the years that followed, Jennifer Co-operated a general contracting company specializing in residential and commercial construction. She utilized the experience she gained to open her own project management company, working with owners, investors, and general contractors to manage various scales of projects.

This led her to pursue and obtain her General Contracting license and Andrade Construction was born in November of 2021.

Jennifer’s multi-faceted background in many different disciplines uniquely positions her to successfully work with and understand homeowners, contractors, business owners, architects, brokers and trade partners.
